Monthly dinners, this one Harvest Farm to Table featuring their farm raised beef, are events not to be missed. Prepared by Chef Jason Arellano, Culinary Institute trained, and hosted by Spiro and Angela Martin of Argos Farm, the 5 course meal was both delicious and unique. Their farm ambience takes on a special glow during this well prepared feast. Food lovers cannot help but be impressed.

Today I went to Argos Farm with my children and grandchildren to go pumkin picking and for the grandchildren to enjoy the activities. Admission was $11.95 per person from the age of 2 years and up. In my opinion they should allow parents and grandparents who aren't participating on the activities to enter at a discounted fee. This can be easily monitored by using a different color wristband. The lines were long and the farm was crowded. They seemed to be understaffed. The kettle corn was dry and bland and not worth the price. In years past the hay ride went around the farm, now it goes to the market, how convenient for sales. Today was unseasonably warm and there were a lot of bees. Several people were stung and I overheard one concerned parent who asked for a first aid kit and was told that there wasn't any. Looking around the farm, I did not see a standby ambulance and first aid squad. Is this a violation of state and local laws? To sum it up the new crop at Argos is "your money". Therefore for me Argos means "I go" home broke and disappointed.

Was here with family and had a great time as we were leaving I had lost my Bluetooth and called them and they went ahead and looked for it and found it returned my call and I was able to pick it up. Very courteous staff

Delicious apple cider donuts and salsa. Stepping into the market is like stepping into a place in Virginia. Love the decor. Definitely a hidden gem on the Jersey shore.

Awesome little farm
